    Spring is in the air.

The snow has been away for a while now but the snowdrops are here now.

It's been a while since we went to Kilmacolm for a walk. It's not a cycle track or a woodland for a change. It is open hills with some good views. There are some conifer plantations but only small pockets here and there. We stopped for a brief rest and Sam sat watching over us.

As it was a short walk we did not get many pictures.

Next week it will be a big blogg hopefully as I should be away for a couple of nights camping in the canoe with Sam.

Hmmmm, doesn't look very spring like to me ................snowdrops are a winter flowering plant, they'll be long gone before the spring really starts, though that's a pretty impressive display Sam is standing in......

Not very spring like here either.....we had a sprinkling of snow a few weeks back but it didn't last long enough to get any good 'dog'n'snow' pics.

I think it just feels a bit spring like as we have not really had a winter. The crocuses are coming up too. Also it is starting to get light before I finish my morning run too. It'll be summer in no time
